Born on January 22 1973.

In 1995, he graduated from the Odesa State Academy of Refrigeration, majoring in Computer Design Systems. In 2001, he defended his candidate's thesis on the topic: "Diagnostics of the energy efficiency of refrigeration and heat pump systems". by specialty 05.05.14 "Refrigerating and cryogenic equipment, air conditioning systems" and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Since 2001, associate professor of the Department of Automated Design Systems of the Odesa State Academy of Refrigeration. In 2003, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Automated Design Systems. Since 2017, the dean of the Faculty of Computer Engineering, Programming and Cyber Protection Teaches the following disciplines:

Internship: In 2016, he completed an internship at ONU named after Mechnikov, majoring in "Latest information technologies and cyber security of computer networks"
